How is Outsourcing Sales a Strategy?

There’s a “own” vs. “rent” strategy. The own strategy is onboarding someone to your team with experience. This is a double-edged sword because with experience comes bad habits and experiences that could affect you. The other side is investing in someone green and investing in training to mold them into what you’re looking for. The rent strategy is all about the goals. You must have a determined set of goals and initiatives. You must determine what is important to what you want to achieve (domestic labor, high or low volume). Outsourcing, or “renting”, can solve a problem efficiently, with people who are experienced, and can remain within a preset budget. It’s all about the COI and trusting that relationship.
